Our team is the greatest. Hands down. They work hard every day making food that we're proud to serve you and ensuring you have a first class experience. We love them for that and think its only fair to provide them with the sort of fair living benefits that they deserve for their hard work: health insurance, paid sick leave, proper hourly wages and overtime, as well as the chance to grow professionally and earn a living.  

To help us afford to provide these fair living benefits, we've taken a cue from some of our favorite restaurants around the country and added a 4% Labor of Love service charge for our guests.  This charge is optional, but the funds from it are used to help us treat our team with the love they deserve.
