What's with the 4% Labor of Love charge?

It's not a hidden fee. We put it right on your bill in the spirit of transparency, and we're happy to explain.

To make that possible, we've added an optional 4% Labor of Love service charge to every bill. It is separate from gratuity, it is always visible on your receipt, and it goes directly toward supporting the people who take care of you every time you walk through our door.
