Cabbage Alley is a line of ferments produced out of Preserve in Annapolis,MD. All of the products are raw, vegan and gluten free. The line currently consists of three ferments. Sauerkraut has all of the traditional old world German flavors. Kimchi is our take on a spicy Korean staple. Curtido is a remix of an accompaniment to a classic Salvadoran street food.
Cabbage Alley is currently available at Preserve for $8.00 per one pound jar. If you don't find yourself downtown, try one of our many partners.
